Prices for ready-made items in inventory shown on this site include free shipping and insurance. All orders (excluding custom-made purchases) are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped by USPS mail. You will receive an email notification of shipment with a tracking number.

Custom Made Quilts and Crafts
If you place an order for custom made quilts or crafts, the price quoted includes free shipping and insurance via USPS mail. Special orders for custom quilts take approximately two months to complete. Special orders for Wood Art take approximately two weeks.

Methods of Payment Accepted
Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, E-Checks. These methods of payment are facilitated through Pay Pal's secure order process (you do not have to be a member of Pay Pal to use this service).

Refund Policy
Ready-made Products: All sales are final.
Custom-made products: Custom orders require one half of the purchase price upon ordering and the remaining balance is due at shipment. Due to the expense of materials and the time incorporated in creating these products, your initial half deposit of the purchase price will not be refunded if you fail to pay the remaining balance due at shipment.
